Grade:
Fine
This charter was established in 1901, very near the end of the Second Charter period. It closed in 1927 after issuing 6,281 sheets. It is no surprise that it's rare with only four notes known, and of course it was a one-bank town. This Brown Back is the bank's earliest possible type and it's pleasing. Clearly penned signatures of G.H. Rorick, President and Arthur Turner, Cashier. The 1882 Date Back in the DeGood sale realized $3,100. The Dr. Wallace Lee Collection.
