Muskegon, National Lumberman's Bank, M4840
Fr. 540 $10 1882DB
Grade: Ch. CU
This bank was chartered in 1893. The note was part of the fabled collection of Albert Grinnell, a piano salesman who actually sold a piano to Dr. Lee's parents (an amazing coincidence). In the Grinnell sale this note was Lot 3601 which includes the top sheet selvage and was check letter 'D'. Very rare with beautiful pen signatures. Pedigreed: Grinnell, Donlon, Hickman-Oakes, Dr. Lee. Clearly the finest and most important note possible. The Dr. Wallace Lee Collection.
Current Bid: $ 2,800.00

Estimate: ($ 4,000.00 - $ 8,000.00)
