A beautiful #1 Red Seal that definitely falls into John Hickman's category of a peach. This note has wispy pen signatures of R.J. Wells, President and Beard, Cashier. The note has amazing body and color, along with nice centering. If that hasn't convinced you, it's a new note to the census, #1 Red Seals that is. Only the second $10 Red Seal known and only the sixteenth large note reported.
