I cannot tell you the last North Dakota Red Seal I offered, but I'll guess it was in the Dreger Red Seal Collection. Naturally, this is the only known Red Seal on the bank that was chartered early and has 14 large notes reported. The president's signature has faded, but the cashier's is clear. There are only 29 North Dakota Red Seals, and we all know who has the lion's share of them after 40 years of collecting. It appears he doesn't have one of these.
