This town was home to four national banks, two of which issued Red Seals and the other is unknown. This bank was chartered in 1906 and issued 3,175 sheets of $5-$5-$5-$5, 2,745 sheets of $10-$10-$10-$20 and 45 sheets of $50-$100 Red Seals. This note is evenly-circulated with stamped signatures of R. V. Benson, President, and J. D. Dorminey, Cashier. It's the only Red Seal on the bank and town out of 15 large notes reported.
