This reverse changeover pair from the I-B block comes from the other end of the cut half sheet that supplied the forward changeover pair that we have listed elsewhere in the catalog. The 1928-B I-B note is a complete Gem with great centering and natural surfaces. The rare 1928-A I-B note is equally flawless with no handling whatsoever. However, the front is shifted down too much for Gem, thus the split grade. Two piece lot.
