This forward changeover pair is from the I-B block and as such is rare. This 1928-A I-B note is a full Gem with nice embossing and good margins. Even as a single note, the 1928-A I-B is not often available, and catalogs at three times the value of a common block. The paper quality of the more common 1928-B I-B note is flawless, although the centering is just shy of Gem quality. Two piece lot.
