A real rarity from Oregon as there are only 45 small notes reported and the only appearance of this note, or any small size was six years ago on eBay, with none being of higher quality. This note has an internal flaw near the charter number at the right but it's tough to notice with all the engraving work. There is also a light stain in that area. An exceptional note from this state collection.
