This is one of only four notes reported on this Dakota County bank and needless to say, this is the worse note. It has old tape across the face and back that could possibly be removed, but it will still be worn out. The Fine in the Melamed Collection was a $5 and it realized $14,950. This note will realize less, or at least it should. PCGS notes: severed, tape repair and stain, writing in ink on face.
