Here is an important note from Nicholas County, Kentucky. It is an UNC $20 valueback and it is the only valueback listed in the census on this bank. There are seven other notes listed. There are only 660 valueback $20s listed in all grades in the entire county. As I look through the list, I have seen only 28 that are listed as CU, and that includes eight I know that are in one institution. There are no hoards of this type, just three from Oelwein, Iowa.
