Just six notes are reported on this large-only Chicago bank that issued $10 and $20 1875 Series as well as Brownbacks. Bold, clear pen signatures of F.D. Meadcom, President and A.M. Jackson, Cashier. A nice quality note with good margins to accentuate the visual appeal. The bank survived from 1881 to 1913. A scarce Chicago bank with only seven notes reported and just two $10 Brownbacks.
