This bank, from Broxton County, was chartered in 1902 and they started by issuing 3,190 sheets of $5, $10 and $20 Red Seals. Of the three notes known on this bank, this is the only Red Seal, to go with the two Blue Seals. It's a decent, evenly circulated note that has stamped signatures of H.B. Curtin, President and Hugh Swisher, Cashier. It sold at a CAA sale as part of the W. Burnside collection in May 2000, bringing $10,925 in a heated battle.
