What a great looking error, but technically it did not happen at the BEP, because about the time this note was issued, there were machines made that would sign notes and cut the sheets as well. If it was this process that misfired, this could have occurred. What a cool error for a Texas National. This Van Zandt was the one who later signed FRBNs.
