Very few banks were around to issue Lazy Deuces with the Jefferies-Spinner combination. This is the only one from this bank which also has a $1 that could be Jefferies-Spinner. To the best of my knowledge there is a Good from Springfield, Missouri, that is worse than this note. If there is a better one out there I cannot recall it. The only other possibilities are two from New Hampshire. I am not sure, but this is really a rare one if you want the signatures.
