This is the only known Red Seal from all of Orange County, one of the most affluent counties in the country. When Red Seals were issued, shortly after the turn of the century, there wasn't much there but orchards, and prosper it did. Today's collectors have not had an opportunity to own this beauty until now. The note has light signatures and a stain that is like a stripe down the center, but boy it's a rare type for the county.
