This bank, charter and type have been a favorite of mine going all the way back to around the 1971 ANA in Washington, DC or the 1972 New Orleans show. I remember getting very excited as I did not know there was a town called Georgetown, DC. This note is new to the National Bank Note census, becoming the fourth 1875 Series $20 known. It's appearance is problem free and it has excellent pen signatures. This bank issued Obsoletes even earlier.
