Just nine stars are reported on this number, with none grading better than Fine 12, except for a single CU example. We sold a PCGS Fine 12 at last year's PCDA sale for a bit over $3,200. The grade on this note seems a little aggressive, considering the small edge tear and the blue ink on the back. Graded Fine 12 by PMG.
