In spite of the subtle center bend, this remains one of the finest examples available of this rare star. The Taylor Collection, whose owner aggressively sought out every small size star known to exist, failed to have an example. Natural and unmolested. This is the non-mule variety. The catalog value of $400 for Ch. CU seems insufficient for such a difficult star.
