A great note from Calhoun County, along the Gulf of Mexico. This bank was chartered in 1900 and liquidated in 1923, issuing only 500 sheets of Brownbacks, along with 1,060 sheets of 1882 Datebacks and 1902 Plainbacks. This note has excellent pen signatures of John Clark, President and W.C. Noble, Cashier. The top border has been professionally restored and it's virtually undetectable.
