This is a newly reported fourth note from this very rare and seldom seen South Carolina town that few will ever get to own. I think it could have been graded VF 20 but it's a lovely note. Pen signed by J.E. Harley, President and L.P. Nieson, Cashier. In 2000 a Fine brought over $12,000. Expect some serious bidding on this one.
