This is a very nice example of the popular ornate back $20 1890 Treasury Note. This example has the small red seal and Rosencrans-Nebeker signatures. While the 1891 issue was always considered rarer, with the recent dispersal of the Atlantic Collection - formerly a Florida bank hoard - the amount of interest has dramatically increased in the very scarce ornate backs. This issue is rarely available in UNC and, when available, brings very strong prices. This note has the look you want at a price you can afford. Graded XF 40 by CGC.
