Of the four banks in Frederick to issue small notes, this high-charter is the rarest. Only four notes are known to exist, none in especially high grade. This $10 is in a quite acceptable and pleasing grade. We sold a $5 Type 2 in March 2007 for $4,025. The under-bidder should find this note equally nice.
