The census currently shows 60 of this signature combination. This one was graded Gem at CAA in 1998 but I can see a faint corner bend in the holder. More notes have appeared, but are not yet reported. A rare type. We offered and sold a PMG 65 for $15,525 in June 2007. This note certainly looks Gem. Graded Ch. Abt. UNC 58 EPQ by PMG.
