This is quite a find and is only the 19th serial number reported. The note has been folded multiple times and there are several small splits that have been restored. A restored VF with a nice appearance. Everyone needs one, or so it seems, and this is rare. The last note offered was a PMG VF 30 EPQ that realized $37,600 last August in a Heritage sale. Previously acquired by Tom Hill in June 1997 at $875.
