I really think this is a very attractive light green seal 1928 $1,000 from St. Louis. Unlike the $500s that were saved in quantity, I have never seen that in the $1,000 issues. Only 60,000 were printed, about one-half of the Chicago issue. Graded Very Ch. New 64 by PCGS.
