Here is a very rare district that is not usually available. It takes the dispersal of a major collection such as this to break loose an example. A look at the POP reports for PCGS and PMG highlights the rarity. Richmond is the only district for the 1934-A series where the graded notes still number in the single digits, for both services. The circulation is pretty much limited to three vertical folds, although on the heavy side. Looks better than most VF 25s.
