This note was acquired from William P. Donlan in the early 1970s. While definitely not in the upper echelon of notes on this bank, it is well above the majority of known examples. There are two really nice ones, one being the notes we sold in the Highland Park Collection for nearly $55,000. This note will be more reasonable. It still has excellent gold toning with, once again, the back showing more wear. Excellent pen signatures.
