The ornate back $2 1890 Treasury note with McPherson has 149 notes reported and it has been more than a decade since a 64 EPQ was offered. In 2024 a 65 and 66 realized $69,000 and $46,800 at HA. I think this is a beautiful fresh and original note that is among the finest of the type and consecutive to the 65 sold by Heritage.
