Grade: PMG Superb Gem UNC 67 EPQ
SPECIMEN (without number) perforated with serial number #ZZ 991561 and date of zeroes. This serial number is intriguing; both the fourth and fifth digits of 5 and 6 indicate this is the second highest denomination (the five ascending from 0-6 and the six descending from 0-5). The sixth and last digit also descends from 5 to 0. So the last three digits, which appear to be random, are not. Moise Tshombe/provincial assembly building. PMG terms this "Superb Gem UNC 67 EPQ"; by itself, the best of 15 on the population report.
