SPECIMEN stamped in red; punch cancelled at signatures areas, serial number of zeroes. Series A with 19xx in plate; the only other two examples we have offered in over 20 years were both Series B and had 190x in plate. Miners and Juan Doria/city view of Pachuca. PMG terms this "Superb Gem UNC 67 EPQ"; by itself, the best of only four on the population report.
