TWO NOTES. Cross of Lorraine above two palm branches; the 20 Francs scarcer first signature combination in black. The 5 Francs is pressed and the 20 Francs has pinholes and small spot at upper right. According to WW II Remembered, 40,000 were made of the 5 Francs and a scant 15,000 for the 20 Francs.
