COMMEMORATIVE. The first time the Isle of Man ever issued a 20 Pounds. Triskele, Queen Elizabeth II and island outline/Laxey Wheel ca. 1854. Commemorative text at bottom center states "Issued During Millennium Year 1979". Very limited issue; only five thousand made. PMG terms this "Gem UNC 66 EPQ".
