Separate face and back with MUESTRA stamped in red twice on the face and once on back; punch cancelled, serial number of zeroes. Without signatures. Arms, seated woman with bales and caduceus, and quetzal. Official notations including signature on reverse of back. WBG terms the face "VF 20 previously mounted, pinholes" and the back "Fine 12 missing pieces, pinholes".
