Three-line red overprint, Black "Issued at Houston, Texas" overprint, and signature of James Sorley, CSA depositary at Houston, Texas, all on front. Fine condition with toning and significant signs of damage throughout, Tears at right and bottom, with a large tear at top that appears to be archivally repaired.
