Memminger at center flanked by two women, Same as Cr.87 but Hand Issued on back in red ink by J. Sorley, CSA. Fine-VF condition with toning and annotations at top right corner. Rarity 6+ with 36 to 50 extant, c. 100 were issued. Imprint: B. Duncan. Richmond. VA. Very rare with Jones' signature.
