Fine condition with ink bleed from transfer on back, quarter folded, embossed seal at center, some damage along margins, as well as a small stain at bottom left corner. Rarity 8 with this denomination, with only 1 to 3 estimated to be extant. Imprint: Hoyer & Ludwig, Richmond, VA. Very Rare piece.
