From a Naval Aviators' Emergency Money Packet. 200,000 prepared; 5000 complete packets made consisting of forty 1 Peso notes and four each of the 5 and 10 Pesos for total of 100 Pesos. These were put in a waterproof pouch; made for use by Naval Aviators to help buy their way out of trouble if they were forced down. WBG terms this "Gem UNC 66 TOP".
