This is the initial denomination of the Banco del Paraguay, the forerunner to the Banco Nacional. Banco del Paraguay notes are considerably harder to find than their successor. Dog/Banco Nacional del Paraguay stamping on otherwise uniface back. Signatures Urdapilleta and Saguier. WBG terms this "Fine 12 tape repaired, pencil graffiti".
