Extremely difficult India print; young King Faisal II (this portrait when he was approximately age 6). Faisal II ruled Iraq until 1958 and was the last of Iraq's monarchs. Prefix E/1, the only prefix for this type. PMG terms this "Ch. VF 35 Peter Boyer Collection"; only five better of 29 on the population report. Sensational color.
