Scarcer earlier provisional type without HIGH COMMISSIONER at left; the first we have offered as such. Cute serial number #655506, nearly a RADAR. Not too long after a completely new type was issued, the first with the Bank of Western Samoa name in the plate. This overall solid original with couple pinholes at center. Well underrated variety.
