Separate back and face essay on card; serial number of zeroes and with date and many other design elements pasted down. Made by TDLR. Nothing remotely similar to this design was ever issued. Also, I am not sure why this was made as the Sudan was using essentially the same type of 5 Pounds from 1970-80. A prize collector piece; likely unique.
