RF Fezzan overprint on French West Africa 5 Francs; rubber stamp has miscellaneous bumps around the box. Leclerc and Kolsky state 200,000 notes of this date were overstamped, a small fraction of amount made for this type. WBG terms this "AU 53Q staining, staple holes Authenticated by Joseph Boling". Virtually the only obtainable denomination from the series and now very difficult as a genuine. More quality notes from Libya can be found in Knight Live.
