Rare vertical overprint issue "SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE/ACT OF CONGRESS, APPROVED/JUNE 23, 1906" on design of previous 10 Pesos, with change in seal and signatures to Henry C. Ide and Branagan (the only note with Ide signature). Overprint signifies that notes were redeemable in silver or gold instead of just silver. Tiny splits and other signs of circulation. Excellent opportunity.
