George Washington. This 10 Pesos was processed by the Bureau of Standards to simulate circulation. It was thought until very recently that only two pieces may exist. Although 60,000 were processed, examples are just about never on the market at any time or place. PMG terms this "VF 20 NET rust, pinholes"; the better of only two examples on the population report.
