SPECIMEN stamped in red over regular five digit serial number with prefix HU, without suffix at left and right, at bottom center in hollow letters, and in red in hollow letters on back. This is likely an expedient Specimen with notes taken directly out of circulation and then stamped. Few small areas of soiling. Tougher higher denomination in collectible condition. The first we have ever offered as such.
