We generally do not offer pieces in this condition unless there is good reason; there is good reason to offer this note. Back in Memphis 2011, we sold a VF+ for $38,000 hammer; that was the only time we have offered this type until now. Unusual denomination. Vertical format; WITHOUT punch cancellations! Four dragons holding obverse and reverse of silver dragon dollar/back orange. Various signs of circulation, including pieces missing, tape across several areas on back, and a couple thins. Not illustrated in the Standard Catalog. Some fortunate individual WILL enjoy owning this note. Sold as is; no returns.
