Overprint face and back on 1912 type; the name of the original bank, its seal, issue date and signatures of Garcia and Sendres were blacked out. Philippine National Bank officials Mercado as Cashier and Concepcion as Bank President. Unknown number printed. PCGS terms this "VG 8 Apparent minor damage; small rust stains; overprint bled through to back". Extremely rare.
