Incredible cutting error with sheet fed obliquely into cutting knives. The G-Y block was not released in uncut sheet form. Further, there is a partial transfer offset of the green Treasury seal above the serial numbers, suggesting a fold occurred elsewhere resulting in the mistake. An error of epic proportions. There is nothing remotely similar in the 4th edition of the Bart reference. Adding to the allure is the presence of two different serial numbers. A note for the ages.
