A serial #1 note with the light green seal from Philadelphia. This type with this serial number is as rare as you can imagine because few light green seal notes were issued. This is a nice, fresh UNC but it has average centering. Records indicate few are known. According to the Standard Guide to Small Size Currency the other note known is from Dallas. This is indeed a rarity.
