This note certainly qualifies to be near the top of the error note rarity list as it has the third printing only and is clearly on the wrong stock (paper) to the rest. The BEP is very careful with errors of this sort as their release into circulation are anything but ordinary. This jewel is truly an item of wonder that was likely printed on paper used to separate printed sheets or such.
